A dryer that heats and dries a glass substrate by heating the coating film printed on the LCD substrate from the back side of the substrate (the side opposite to the coated surface). The 9-part control system enables uniform temperature control on the substrate.

As a countermeasure against uneven pinning that occurs during drying, the substrate is transferred with a Φ1mm wire.

The wire position uses a stepping motor (8 units). By setting the position outside the pattern, uneven drying within the pattern is prevented.
