A dryer that heats and dries a glass substrate by heating the coating film printed on the FPD substrate from the substrate surface (the side opposite to the coated surface).
Maintenance is easy due to the chamber drawer type.
Board delivery uses pin lifting, 3 levels of height adjustment is possible with servo motor control.
